  It was very convenient Bed and Breakfast; 10 minutes walking distance from Roma Termini train station. Most of famous landmarks were walking distance as well. We only used Metro to go to the Vatican City. The room is adequate for two people and the bathroom is just fine.   We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy. Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe.   We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime during the day and night, but not to say that it's not to be abused, it's a small buffet but efficient.
