  Owner, Pietro Sadler, was incredibly efficient and gracious in arranging early morning transport to the airport for my 18 year old son who was traveling alone.   Location was great! Only three blocks from the main train station in Rome! A great laundry one block away, restaurants also close by. Our room slept four adult-sized family members in four individual single beds which were comfortable.   I stayed there for three nights with my wife and daughter. The location is perfect as it is only 10min walk to Termini which is the main tube/train station. Also, Rafael was very nice and provided useful information on the sites to visit. What we like the most was that the room was clean, tidy and just perfect for the three of us. The breakfast was in a charming coffee shop nearby. I would totally recommend it.

The whole place was impeccably clean. At the last minute I made arrangements to pick my husband and I up, Barbara answered promptly and we had no problems. Also, very recently there was a transportation strike on the day we were leaving, and Sandra went above and beyond to help us. She even emailed to ensure we made it to our next destination safely. Zero complaints, they were wonderful. The location is right around the corner from everything!

  Amazingly great place! Looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.
