  My mother and I just returned from our 5 days stay in Rome and we would definitely recommend this wonderful B&B to everyone. The location of the B&B is perfect and can be reached easily with the Bus Nr.40 from Termini Station in approx. 10min. We stayed in room Nr. 7 - Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast food was great, an array of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries, all served in a delightful room looking out over the city.   "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting.   Excellent value in a central, accessible location. Great restaurants nearby. Lots of choice. Excellent for shopping or as a launch for exploring all of the main sites of Rome. The room was small but clean, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend for future visitors.   This B & B was a hidden gem in a great area surrounded by little cafés, wine bars etc. and public transport at your doorstep. Once you get past the front door you will be wowed by the interior design for old Rome. Nina was so friendly and extremely helpful with whatever you requested. We loved that this area was where the locals lived as the restaurants were so much better and cheaper than in the city circle. - Everything was perfect from the start at this little hotel, although I don't know if calling it a hotel if accurate, as it's more like having your own apartment. It was within walking distance of everything in the city, very clean and stylish, and Valentina was very helpful and friendly to us. Although you don't have the same facilities as in a regular hotel, I think it's a perfect place to stay and discover Rome.

  We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano.   I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are beautiful, big and stylish for a fabulous price.
