  I like everything in this hotel. I have to say that It was the best of all the hotels I have visited before. It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable. Location: uff! :) It takes less than 1 - Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early start with that day's activity. Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too. The less-than-perfect details pointed out by other reviewers

  The room was spacious, literally twice the size of rooms in a comparative price range, and it had a nice high ceiling too. The bed was firm but not too much so. Bathroom was above average in size. I loved the decor of the room, and the breakfast delivered to our room at no additional charge. The street this hotel is on is fantastic. It is central to Castel San Angelo, and Piazza - We have spent our anniversary here and had a wonderful time. The room splendid, just like on the pictures with a unique decoration, a perfect dream. The staff very friendly. The breakfast very good (on our arrival we could choose from a list what we would like to have) and it was delivered to the room every morning, great. The location exceptional, small street with lots of cafes and restaurants in the area and just round the corner of Piazza Navona and walking distance to all main attractions.

  This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Rome on foot. We didn't use any public transport whilst we were there, venturing as far as the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, the Trastevere area and the Vatican City. The staff couldn't of been more helpful or polite and the added touch of breakfast to the room every morning was lovely - we really enjoyed thi - We stayed here in February 2013 and our stay was great. The hotel was in a great location where we were able to walk to all attractions. The hotel is on a street where there is plenty of great restaurants and bars to relax in the evening before you head back. The hotel room was large for Europe and the staff was very nice & helpful. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and has 4-5 private rooms. There is an elevator and they provide keys for access to the building.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional. Also the air conditioning was working fine. The location is excellent. - Very reasonable price for a centrally located hotel. Only several blocks from the the Spanish Steps (and the Metro).   B&B Santiago Quattro Al Colosseo is about a mile or so or a 10-15 minute bus ride away from Termini train station. My mom and I did not yet know the bus system so we decided to walk. When I booked, I told the hotel that we would arrive between 3 or 4pm. We got there right at three but there was no one around to buzz us in.
