  Hosts were so friendly and helpful with any questions. They offered very great service, and it almost felt like, that you were visiting home and friends. The rooms were very lovely designed and was cleaned every day. We just loved our blue room, it was very romantic designed. Breakfast was great with fresh fruits, juice, coffee, eggs, croissants, ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » bread, cold cuts of meat, cheese, jam, cereal and milk. If you want anything else for example scrambled eggs, the hosts offers it too. The location is - Everything of this B& B is superb I really love it. The hosts Carlotta & Francisco are really sweet and they made this B&B in style and charmy. We stayed in the blue room which is spacy ; there's bed room and separated living area with sofa. There's also a walk-in clothes hanger room. The bath room is also nice & convenient. The facilities are nice , they even put some wet tissue paper for us to use. Wifi works well .   We stayed in the room with the bathroom across the hall. It was exactly as seen in the pictures, plus the kitchenette with some basic cutlery etc. The hall is a small area so the bathroom is very close to the room and it's a great size. It was more then we expected and we were blown away by it.  The room was cleaned everyday, there is a tea & coffee making facil - The part time staff agent was very helpful, friendly when checking us in, it is the best prime location in downtown Rome, and I really like the way that the building has been renovated to be modern while still keeping some of the ancient details like the beautiful wooden ceiling.

  The location is very good. It’ really close to the Termini train station. You can walk to the bus or metro station in 3 min. There is a big supermarket inside the station and so many small restaurant or snack bar nearby. The owner and the staff are really friendly and helpful.   Convenient location closed to the city main transportation hub, Termini train station. Only two blocks walk distance. Breakfast included also bread, butter, jam, milk, cornflakes and orange juice in addition to packed croissants that was indicated on the web page. Friendly and helpful staff. - Great location and price ! Very clean and quiet. Access to the kitchen, wifi and very helpful stuff. People moan about breakfast: croissants, cereals and coffe. That's typical continental breakfast duuuh so don't expect much especially if its for free. I'm very glad I choose that b&b I highly recommend thy place for everybody. And I'll be back there for sure.

  We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime during the day and night, but not to say that it's not to be abused, it's a small buffet but efficient.
