  This hotel is absolutely fantastic in an ideal location for seeing Rome, on a bustling street filled with bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Maria the woman who runs the hotel was fantastic, and couldn't be more helpful, she was lovely to talk to and delivered breakfast to our room promptly every morning. The room itself was good, a tiny bit on t... mitä ihmiset sanovat » he small side but we were offered a different room but we preferred to have the street view of Via Urbana so compromised on space..the bathroom was a - it was all good!!the apartment was great,so much space,really great value for money and only 10 mins walk from colosseum,you check in at no 33 urbana and meet maria,she walked us to the apartment(about 5 mins away) and showed us around and how everyting worked,when you check out you just leave the keys on the table.it looked even better than the pics on the site.i will def stay here again.100% thumbs up.

  The hotel was good, close to Termini station so its was perfect. Breakfast was ok, Italy style, And personal was good specially Romar! You did a good job and was very helpfull, Well done mate :) // Tommy And Jessica :) - The staff was really nice and helpful. Location was great, about 8 minuts by walk to the Coloseum, also price was fair.

  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

  Good location to stay in 15 - 20 minute walk into the centre of Rome. Good facilities everything you needed. Staff were excellent really helped with local knowledge. - Good Location Excellent facilities - comfortable stay for 4 days. Breakfast was substantial.
