  Very good location, 5 minutes from Fontana de Trevi o Pizza de Spagna. Great quality/price relation, it offered more than expected. Run by nice people. We arrived by car and the staff informed us where to park the car without being fined, as the area has restrictions for the circulation of the cars. Breakfast vouchers came as part of the package for the cafe down the road which wasn't spectacular but nonetheless welcome each morning for a juice, coffee and pastry. The location is perfectly placed for all the nightlife and restaurants of Trastevere.

  Excellent location in Rome, new and very comfortable accomodation, very clean. It is not a hotel, so don't expect the typical hotel picture.It is a floor in a building with separate rooms. For example we took our breakfast at the near bar, 5m from the door of Maison Spagna, or we could have asked to take it at the room.
