  Barbara and Stephen were wonderful hosts. They explained how to easily move around the city. The room was very large and clean. Desktop computer in rooms. Mini refrigerator along with coffee pot(heat water only) Breakfast, though consisted of only a roll and cappuccino, it was very good. Quiet neighborhood, near police station. And last but most importantly...Location, Location, Location. - The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

  Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. I am also a really fussy traveller and I'm never satisfied with anything due to having a life in the top hotels due to work. S - Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

When I booked, I told the hotel that we would arrive between 3 or 4pm. We got there right at three but there was no one around to buzz us in.
