  The staff at Navona Suites were extremely helpful. The answer was always 'yes' and with a smile. They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips. We absolutely adored the luxuriously furnished apartment. Sharon from Home Suite Rome who dealt with us was outstanding. She went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant including arranging airport transfers and help with museum reservations. The

  Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no extra cost. Best of all were the hosts, Marco and Emiliano. The - The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time. Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety box

Staff were very helpful and friendly, much more so than any larger establishment we've stayed in. Walking distance to all the major sights: only 5mins from Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. They were able to arrange airport pick up / drop off which was more reasonable than a cab too.   The location was great! We could see the San Giovanni cathedral's top statues right out our window and strolled past the Coloseum nearly everyday on our way to and from other Rome sights. The owner was also really friendly. And he had some free maps for travelers. Since the place is set up with a bunch of bedrooms attached to a kitchen/living are - Location was perfect, a short walk to Metro, many good restaurants nearby and shopping as well. My sister and I felt very safe, our room was just the right size, comfortable bed and a nice view with a small balcony. The owner Bernardo is gracious and welcoming.
