Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!   We booked Albergo Bonvecchiati but were transferred to the sister Hotel 1 min away Palazzo Bonvecchiati. This Hotel is a 4 star but was a 5 star by our standards. The staff were the best we've ever met, the hotel is brand new and modern, so beautiful and very well located.
