  The staff was very nice. Our room and bathroom were both nice and large for my sister and I, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was sweet, and everything was supplied for a nice meal in the mornings.   We were met at the door by a member of staff who was extremely friendly and helpful with good information about Lucca. Later we had an issue with a door handle which was dealt with promptly.
