This place was just gorgeous! It was a great starting base for us to explore the Chianti wine region. The apartment was big, very comfortable and fully equipped (we were even welcomed with a bottle of local wine!). After one of our day trips, my wife brought in some nice ingredients to cook a delicious meal for us. Barbara & Christian were very friendly & made us feel like home. The wine-making explanation by Christian was so interesting that myself & my wife became lovers of good w.
kaikki arvostelut » Everything about Villa Buonasera is fantastic. The location is gorgeous, beautiful scenery, relaxing environment. Christian and Barbara are excellent hosts. They are passionate about their agriturismo and it shows. This was our second time staying at Villa Buonasera, and Christian remembered us. That says a lot considering they have had many guests since our last stay. If it is available, I would highly recommend doing their wine tasting accompanied by homemade food. They also have a pool, whic. The hospitality at Villa Buonasera Agriturismo was warm and welcoming. The hosts invited us as their guests to join an Australian group on a tour of the winery, which included a wine pairing with dinner. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location in Greve, in the heart of Chianti was a perfect home base. Wish we stayed more than our pre- planned two days. Hosts very helpful! Plus, it was much more personal than staying in a hotel. Charming. Would certainly stay again!. This is our second visit to Villa Buonasera and we hope to return many times in the years to follow.This time we visited as a family group and had a wonderful large apartment with two bathrooms and a lovely private terrace.We sat out late at night listening to the sound of owls hooting..it's a wonderful place to "get away from it all" and Barbara and Christian always extend the warmest of welcomes.Thank you again from us all. Barbara and her son Christian are exemplary hosts! This is a great spot to spend a few days in Tuscany! Close to Florence,Sienna and other towns, but far away enough for peace and quiet. We loved their wine tasting and dinner they provided for their guests. Units have everything one needs, whether you decide to do some cooking or go to the nearby town for dinner. It is perfect for Tuscany!. The family were very friendly and helpful.The Agritissimo 's location and grounds were beautiful.We were fortunate to be there when a wine tasting was taking place and were invited as guests of the family. This was very informative and the typical Tuscan food that went with each wine tasted was delicious. All in all a wonderful experience. My wife and me stayed here for six nights and we really didn't want to leave. I wish we'd stay there for another month... Amazing views, great wine and may be the most important, very hospitable owners: charming Barbara and her son Christian. Now I like Italy even more... We rented an apartment, picked up some food and enjoyed cooking ourselves a meal. We appreciated Barbara and Christian's warm hospitality, They were willing to share their lovely home, their love of the vineyards and the art of wine-making with us... The owners were amazing - friendly, informative and warm. The bed was pure comfort, not the iron and hard mattress kind one usually gets in Tuscany. The wine, home grown, is splendid and well priced. What is not to like? the staff is so nice, the location is perfect and your are within the grapes on a great winery! the wines are also really tasty. A perfect place in the Chianti. Barbara and her son Christian were delightful hosts. Their farmhouse is in the middle of peaceful vineyards and olive groves. Ideal for trips to Greve - a charming little town. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. The location was wonderful and the amenities were great. I highly recommend Villa Buonasera. Staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. The tour of the winery and tastings were much appreciated! Would recommend to others. Barbara our host made us very comfortable and was very helpful in advising us about restaurants etc. in the area. Everything. There was nothing not to like!. Nothing to dislike!. We had thought we would use the location as a go-to place to drive to Florence or Siena. When we got there we decided that the drivng was too much for us- so instead we just rested and soaked up the beauty. It was a good decision for us. A bit off the beaten track but well worth the effort. The kitchen cupboards were locked, only to be opened for a fee to cover cleaning. The only accommodation in 18 days without breakfast - but we were aware of this, and prepared. missing shower gel ;) no breakfast option. No meal option here - and no tea or coffee provided.
