  The staff was very helpful and energetic. The location was just what we were looking for. Close to Pornendone and Aviano. An hour plus train ride and we were in Venice for lunch, what gets better than that? - Family run, quiet, excellent continental breakfast.

We never saw that before ! Besides , they are flexible for breakfast time and check out !
