This was a very good hotel in my one month voyage in Italy. I stayed only one night and overall I was very satisfied with the hotel.
The building is a converted palazzo on a quiet street in Ascoli Centro Storico.
The room was nicely furnished in a soft modern pastel style. It was rather small, but immaculately clean and the bed comfortable.

Our group of family and a very close family friend found this hotel to be wonderful! The location is right inside the old, walled medieval city. Beautiful architecture, a stunning Piazza, good restaurants. We rented a one bedroom apartment and it was huge with a full kitchen, living/dining room, very large bath, big bedroom with comfortable beds and a balcony that ran the entire length of the apartment. The balcony could be walked on but was really too narrow for chairs. Large french doors opened onto the balcony from the bedroom and living room.

A wonderful place at a very reasonable price,one of the most comfortable 'hotels' we have ever stayed in.Calling it a B&B does it no favour as it is more like a luxury apartment with a tremendous view of the city. Very friendly and helpful hosts, an enjoyable breakfast, access to a very safe garage and above all proximity ,2mns'walk, to the extremely beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno. We will go there again.

The hotel was beautiful although a bit hard to find. I would tell all my best friends about this jewel and keep it secret from everyone else. A beautiful place to stay. - One of the best and best value hotels we have stayed at in Italy. Helpful staff, clean and well furnished and equipped rooms and a superb central location.
