Very nice and cosy B&B, could be perfect place to stay in Bologna for a long-weekend trip for a couple, which was ours. Only 3 rooms, but two bathrooms, everything superclean (even when we were for 2 nights, we had a compelte change of linen and towels, and cleaning done in our room). On our arrival in the morning (not within the written fixed hours) we telephoned to the owner an hour before, and we had no problems with check-in. The owner speaks both Italian and English. The only negative moment might be the location -about 20-25 min. walk to city center, about 15 min. from central train station. But if you don't mind walking a bit, it is not actually a big problem, also this part of the town is very quiet, and the street to the center is full of small coffee bars and shops.
