Centrally located directly in the shopping distric, 10 min walking from central station, 2 min to bus stop to airport and hospital. Really clean Self service breakfast: basic but with all needed Nice appartement - well furnished - perfect for a long stay (there was even a washing machine)Perfect italian style: no salty food for breakfast and no kettle for hot water! It was one of the best accomodation we have ever had. The owners are
very friendly and take care a lot about their guests. This B&B is
really beautiful with a wonderful view from the room. You can feel and
touch the history there. It wa svery relaxing to stay there. The
bathroom is shared for two rooms but it is not a problem. Fabulous stay
which we can recommend to everybody.

Both Miriam and Alberto are a friendly couple and they helped us from the beginning of the trip till the very last day. They picked us up at the train station, showed us around Bergamo and gave us some information about how to get around and also some tips where to go. They kindly booked us a shuttle taxi to the airport, which costed only 25 euros

We travel idependently and La Castellan is really well situated for
both rail and airport transfers. Great value and has everything you
need ideal, if a littel old fashioned which is exactly what you would
expect in a 17 century building. For a weekend break. I would be happy
to return.

Wonderful. Circular bed! It's more a serviced apartment than a hotel room. Frederico even picked us up from the Station. Easy walk to restaurants and the bus to the old upper town (but explore the lower town as well - some great cafes and restaurants where you don't feel you're being treated like a tourist.) -

Thomas. He is a great manager. Caring. Competent. Friendly. He arranged for us to print out our boarding passes and also organised for us a booked taxi for 6am Sunday morning to go to airport. The location is wonderful. The apartment is well appointed. Thomas also had milk in the fridge for us and croissants for our first breakfast. We are glad we stayed here and not city Alta. here we had the best of both cities

We stayed in the apartment with a terrace and a nice view to the old town. The owner was very friendly, also picked us up at the airport. The location of the apartment is perfect, the railway and bus station is 5 min's, the town center is also 5-7 min's, and the old town is 15 min's by foot. It is also very quiet, and has a very nice design. The breakfast is all right and enough. We are very-very satisfied and absolutely recommend it for everyone. 10/10
