  Our stay in beautiful Saluzzo was enhanced by the wonderful, courteous snd helpful staff at our hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and wine was very good, the service impeccable. We also really liked the restaurant - excellent service and renovated space. We had 3 dinners there and all were very delicious, interesting combinations with nice wines.

  Really a great value. Staff was excellent. They held the breakfast buffet open an hour for us , since we slept in after a long travel day our first night.
