  The staff is excellent. Eugenio is all you could ask for in a host. Engaging, enthusiastic and very much a part of his city. Tell him what you want to do in Naples and he will give you expert guidance. This is a guy who really likes his job. We especially liked the small kitchen/dining area where you could have a cup of tea at the end of the day or bring back a meal from one of the res - Host Eugenio- he is a treasure and makes the difference between a good and a great stay, and his helpful guidance made the city less scary and intimidating. He is an excellent fountain of information about Naples and touring further afield. The place is very clean and provided a safe island among the chaos of the city. Lovely breakfast and excellent pizza place nearby as recommended by Eugenio.
