It was my first time to stay with Malmaison Hotel. When I got in to the room wow it looks beautiful, romantic, cozy and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I love the dry Cereal that the chef cook. I hope we could get that as a gift or to have it at home very tasty.
The cocktail drinks at the bar is perfect and not too expensive.

hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

From we arrived until we departed the staff were polite and friendly making sure that we were satisfied with everything. The staff were efficient and fairly friendly. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way from Belfast city centre, there are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area if you don't mind a wee walk and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance (although no Sunday service, unfortunately). The Balmoral is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent - a sea-view room is certainly worth having. Despite the atrocious weather (and no visit possible to Rathlin Island) it was a warm and comfortable base for alternative trips. The reception staff were most helpful.Looking forward to a future stay in better weather! -
