From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff. It will be our Limerick destination of choice in future and so easily accessed from the Motorway whichever direction you are coming from. The staff were amazingly helpful, they couldn't do enough for me and my family. They arranged a car space for my husband and literally stayed on the phone giving him directions to the hotel. One member of staff got into the car with me and personally took me to the car park underground. The staff couldn't do enough for us while we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good also.
