Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and nice. The staff lent me an electrical adapter when mine would not work quite right in the outlet. Directions and advice about laundry were great!!
Centrally located made this a great option. I had recent knee surgery and appreciated the fact that there is an elevator.

Room was one of the best we had in Ireland. We had a triple and the room was large as was the bathroom. Recent upgrades and very functional for guests. Elevator made it very easy. Didn't hear any noise from late night bar singing. Super location right in the middle of Kenmare. Parking was easy on the street right outside hotel.

Neil and Noreen made us feel very welcome from the moment Virginia's had very comfy rooms, a most friendly atmosphere and Kenmare is the perfect spot for the Ring of Kerry exploration. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Stayed 1 night so that we would have an early start on our drive around the Ring of Kerry. Lansdowne was the perfect hotel for our brief stay. The staff was very friendly and even though there was no elevator, the staff was more than helpful in carrying very heavy bags up the beautiful staircase. I would definitely recommend to anyone that they stay at this fine hotel.

A most engaging hostess who will cheerfully answer local inquiries a head of time by e-mail, as time permits. We occupied a pleasantly attic loft that was converted for 4 (en suite). There was plenty of room and felt very homey. There is plenty of parking and a lovely brook and garden for relaxing. If we were staying in lower County Kerry for an extended period, we would certainly use this as our home base.

Thr room was lovely. We were given a lift into town to attend a function in town by the owner of the B&B. Next morning the breakfast was of a high standard with three or four options. We usually stay in hotels but enjoyed this experience and, if in Kenmare again soon, will stay here. Thanks to Carmel from the two of us. -

everything was lovely and clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious with a great choice on offer.
