The room was great, large, well appointed, linens fresh and stylish, bed comfortable. Breakfast was punctual, good sized serving, and attractive location. We looked out to back garden area which was well maintained and attractive. The owners were the absolute best. Martina was welcoming, professional, and just exuded joy and a love of being your host. Excellent treatment. Very nice couple. They drove us to the city centre and recommended us where to go for dinner and where to listen Irish traditional music. In general, they made it sure our stay was perfect. The room was impeccable and well-decorated.
The owner was very friendly and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was enough to keep one going until an evening meal.
The location was close to the town centre and easily accessible.

Everything! As soon as we got there our innkeeper nicely offered to drive us into town because we weren't sure of our whereabouts. It turns out it was a nice short walk into town.

The innkeepers were very friendly and helpful, they even drove me to the bus station when I checked-out. The room was clean and quiet with a nice shower and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good.

The people that ran it were so nice . They let me in early. They drove to the wedding I was attending. Over all they went far beyond my expectations.

Clare Manor B & B is a little way out of the town centre (about 15 minutes walking) and is easy to find on the main entry road.
You will have a friendly welcome from the owners and shown to you room and made aware how everything works. The rooms are not oversized but more than adequate. Everything very clean, comfortable and well presented. The en-suite shower is the electrical power shower type that does its job OK without being fantastic.

I didn't realize it was about 10-15 minutes long walk from the centre of town and about 15-20 minutes walk from train/bus station, but I guess it was my mistake. I think this b&b is the best for people who travel by car. Everything else was marvelous.

20 minutes walk to town but flat and enjoyable walk plenty of taxis is you need one.

The smell from sewerage pipes coming into the bathroom. The window
was too far away to be of any help. If you kept the bathroom door
closed, then the accumulated stink was worse, when you needed to use
the bathroom.
Location was a bit far from the town centre when walking - doable but would have preferred a bit closer.
We were at front of house so noisy road noise.
I thought B&B meant B&B not B. While cooked breakfast was extra,
I did not expect to be charged €5 each for continental breakfast.
Traffic noise from main road. Room was warm, so window was open. Traffic was very noisy.
From the time of arrival we wear not allowed talk we wear told to shush
that we wear making to much noise which was not true ........ there was
three of us, room had only two cups and two bath towels no hand
towels.... Would not stay there again.......
