  An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and provided great service. They knew us by our first names which gave it an intimate feeling and when the manager discovered we were extremely sore as we had just returned from Rinjani trek, he offered us an extras at their spa temple on top of the massage we had... mitä ihmiset sanovat » already booked. The spa in itself is a fantastic experience. Some great sights and snorkelling off the hotel beach. The full moon dinner surrounded b - Paradise. Pure paradise. The level of attention to detail in this place is astounding, it is very beautiful and you really do feel faaaaaar away from reality. Everything is on your terms. No waking up early for breakfast - you decide when you want it, where you want it and what you want. Relaxation to the max. Ridiculously romantic. The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. You get the impression that they really do enjoy what they do.

  The hotel is an older established complex with lush tranquil gardens. If you are after something modern then book elsewhere. Great spot to relax. Everything was great but, the hotel is beginning to show its age. Our room was on ground floor with garden balcony, was large and comfortable however, due to the age of the hotel there were signs it c... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ould do with a little refurbishment. Service was great, breakfast was huge with a large selection. Would stay there again. - Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.

  We loved the range of facilities that were available. From the clean private beach, luxurious pool, games, turtle hatchery, pony stable and dive center.
