Staff was very honest.i checked out and after 2 hours realised that forgot my wallet in the room drawer. I rang the hotel and connected to lost and found. The lady there was very prompt and with in 5 minutes confirmed that it was intact.i collected the same and found that nothing was missing. Facilities and Breakfast were the highlights. Mr Sameer was extremely courteous along with Ms Ampreet who looked after us. Also the restaurant Manager was extremely polite. The warm welcome/ greeting on each entry and exit by Mr Lakhan and his lookalike will be remembered always.
kaikki arvostelut » A very stylish hotel, staff were professional and friendly. Comfortable rooms. Great gym and pool, excellent service in the bar and hotel. An oasis in a busy and noisy city. The staff were excellent especially the restaurant supervisors who accommodated my every need in terms of diet etc. The cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and bath had a bath tub. Resturant was spacious and good food variety. Lights are operated by a controller near the bed. Staff was helpful. The smiling faces of the guest relations executives; the excellent value and diverse foods presented in the dining hall. The rooms were large and modern and spotlessly clean. The food was also good. Excellent staff response and care. Food was great and the rooms exquisite. Hotel was very nice & bed was very comfortable! Nice hotel.. Everything really, quick service, excellent support from staff. Nothing. The service in the buffet breakfast was very very poor. Most of the time food was cold and not upto the mark. As we entered the lobby smell was not plasant. Ac in few of the lifts was not working. Ac in the waiting area before the lifts was not working at all. Otherwise every thing was ok. Other staff members were not too keen to show their interest or even smile. Location was a bit of a concern while planning visit to main markets and historic places due to heavy traffic. Room temperatures were uncomfortably cold. Transport services were pushy. Noisy corridors especially late at night did not help but I understood that in hotels people come and go at all hours. This is not a complaint!. Room is bit dark stronger lights should available. Got a room on the smoking floor inspite of specifically informing them that I have smoke allergies. Location was not so great. Took too much time in traffic getting to and from the airport. Security check every time u enter the hotel after going out. Even after returning from shopping they scan all packages & a separate checking room for girls. Was quite annoying & quite far from airport. Nothing not to like. Touch control lighting. The arrogant strategy of the hotel, cause I could not redeem my points from this stay, as their policy does not allow points if the stay is booked via a 3rd party website. Location was too far from where I needed to be The check in and check out process was painful and needs ot be corrected - not enough people, in particular, reception desk is poorly organized. The room not sound proof. Disturbed by the loud music from nearby disco. This is a mosquito house and smell is disaster at corridors as carpet are very dirty and smell like petrol bump Hotel taxi smell is bad and not clean Over all this is the worst hygiene standers I seen in my life.
