The luxurious Vivanta by Taj is located along Kovalam Beach offering a backdrop of natural surroundings. It features a traditional Indian spa providing rejuvenation therapies. A pool is also available. Free WiFi is available. Vivanta by Taj Kovalam is situated 12 km from Thiruvananthapuram Airport. Trivandrum Railway Station is 14 km away. Rooms and suites have a balcony and large French windows overlooking the resort’s Balinese-style landscaped garden or Arabian Sea. A flat-screen TV and tea and coffee-making facilities are provided. Some suites offer a private infinity pool. Guests can enjoy a leisurely boat ride in the resort’s lagoon or head for a game of beach volleyball or cricket. Cocktail-making classes are held for guests. The resort also has a golf putting green and 9-hole pitch. All-day international cuisine can be enjoyed at Jasmine Bay while enjoying views of the open kitchen and pool. Bait specialises in seafood while drinks are offered in Neera Bar.

The place itself is very beautiful. Restaurant Bait is situated just on the seashore with waves almost reaching you. Staff is friendly especially those connected with restaurants - waiters at Bait and breakfast restaurant. The food is nice. 1. The Taj Kovallam staff is one of the best even when compared to other Taj properties. They provide service with a genuine, happy intent and it shows. Special kudos to chef W Das who cooked up special eats for our 1 year old son everyday!.

Mukhtar made us feel like special guests, like we were the only guests there. This Taj resort is fantastic, I like the way resort is designed with rooms spread over a hilly fast green land, food s excellent, don't forget Mosquito repellent, this are is full of Mosquitos. أحب هذا الفندق جدا جدا جدا الموظفون متعاونين ... عدم الإزعاج في طلب بخشيش ... سرعة الدخول .... الطعام لذيذ جدا سلسلة فنادق تاج ناااااجحة. The different massages are excellent. The whole Staff is very experienced and among them Palam is simply the best !!!. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. In particular the asst manager Basil santhosh and chef Krishna. food was excellent staff were superb swimming pool was lovely very unspoilt location security (very safe). superb N one the best property I have seen,coperative staff,full of luxury. Nothing was too much trouble peaceful, fab food, premium pool villa. Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, good beachside restaurant. Complimentary yoga lesson was super. Excellent breakfast. The spa was fantastic, particular Nilesh Kantak. Location, Beach restaurant, relaxing. The restaurant Bait The pool. Good hotel on all on of the besthotels i have visited on kerala. Unfortunately there is no beach in Taj. The sea with its huge waves washed it away a couple of years from now. The only way to swim is to walk for about 15 min. to Leila beach. It is possible, but not very easy. Also, local dry wine Sula is rather expensive in Bait, IR1500 (compare to UR600) in the wine shop. Not totally unhappy about this but this is probably the only thing Taj Kovallam can improve upon ( the rest gets a 10/10 from us): Their buffet breakfast was exactly the same spread every day ( we stayed for 5 days). r5r. بالطبع لا يوجد. I have missed the Bombay Saphire Gin at the Hotel-Bar. Although its part of the theme, its a bit dark at night, could so with a bit of lighting. no beach or sea access noisy at night due to offsite music & temple/mosque noise till early hours. Not a good choice for anybody with mobility problems. It is not actually on the beach. The beach does not really exist. The beaches nearby are not bikini friendly as it is very Muslim. Too many slip ups and minor issues to be considered a 5* resort. Slip ups occurred with laundry, room service and housekeeping, though I want to point out that each one was resolved efficiently. Phone response very bad sometime they hang the telephone while i am talkingits like if you need more than one thing you need to call for each.
