The lady of the house was extremely helpful and kind: she ordered us a tour plus a taxi to the airport since we wanted to save a bit time due to our early morning flight.   This apartment is perfectly placed at the end of the main shopping street in Reykjavik, however we were not troubled by noise at all. It is very clean and modern and with everything you could need for a city break (fully stocked kitchen, washing machine with drier & comfy living area) The apartment is beautifully decorated. The apartment was very spacious for a group of three friends and it was tastefully decorated. We had more than the facilities that we needed as our homebase in Iceland. Parking was also available but on a first come first served basis. It made our trip to Iceland comfortable.

  The apartments were spacious by European standards and they were ideally located near City Center. They were cleaned daily and everything worked reasonably well. The internet connection was a bit shaky at times and was a dsl line. The tv was likewise weird, having at times 150 channels, then 6! All British satellite coverage.
