Set in a 19th century building, the air-conditioned rooms have high ceilings and large windows. They all include a living room with sofas and flat-screen cable TV. Every room comes with a minibar and a water boiler. Some rooms also feature a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and a balcony. The restaurant serves French cuisine as well as Hungarian specialities. In the warmer months, guests can also dine on the outdoor terrace.

Location was perfect to visit Szeged's wine festival. Breakfast was quite good. Staff was helpful and attentive. Room design was original with beds in a loft above the bath and desk. Stairway to the loft was narrow but no issue for me; could be an issue for younger or older guests and certainly is not for disabled. Very well maintained. Full refrigerator available in a common kitchen area shared by two rooms. No one shared our kitchen during our stay, could be an issue if paired with.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the restaurant attached was great. I will absolutely stay there again!. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Rooms are very spacious and wonderfully decorated. Top level cleanliness. A special THANK YOU to the pleasant helpful staff, they helped us a great deal with the car trouble we had. Very good service, staff fluent in English. Decent breakfast. Great location, only a few minutes walk from the Dom, Synagogue, river, museums, and centre of town. Stylish room. Good desk set up for a business traveler. The location cant be better than this. Just next to the main street. The room is very big, comfortable and has a good design. I will not check for any other hotel if i visit Szeged again... Excellent location, good service, great breakfast. There is a living room / kitchen space shared between 2 rooms. Kitchen is not equipped (?). Rooms are nice, a bit small, bed is great. Friendly & helpful staff. Perfect accomodation. Parking is about 700m from the hotel in a private underground parking place (entrance with wireless key). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and well-versed in English, the food was of good quality and tasty, and the general ambience was great. The room was comfortable and modern, although a bit small. It had an interesting "loft" where the bed was located. Clean rooms and very friendly staff in the heart of the city. Good vines from every corner of Hungary. Decent breakfast, very nice furniture. Stairs are a bit narrow, so not for everyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well located. Everything. everything. nothing very much. Quite a bit of street noise when windows were opened to cool room. The loft style bed arangement means that it is a bit warm at night. Just plan accordingly. There were lots of cable tv channels, but not one of them were in English. Even just the BBC to catch up on the news would have been helpful. The cable car runs right in front of the hotel. If you need absolute quiet, please be aware of this. There a double paned windows and it didn't bother me at all. Bed was on a mezzanine level above room - saved space but I don't like walking up/down stairs to get to bed. Quite noisy trams right outside. No air-con. Room was quite warm, and it was late October. I don't think I'd want to stay here in summer. No facilities. Designated smoking area is a shared balcony. The bedroom had to be reached by using a narrow staircase. The hotel did`t have any parking. Noisy rooms with open windows. Bad is upstares so it was too hot to sleep even with open windows and outside temp of 10 C. it is not the case. the parking place is too far. Breakfast could have been better. Poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel. a small inconvenience with carrying the luggage into and out of the hotel. the rooms are built with inner stairway which is very narrow and uncomfortable-to go to toilet at nightime is very dangerous! the sleeping room at second floor is not airconditioned -is hot-stuffy-claustrophobic the trams make noise from 5 in the morning breakfast is poor.
