  Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Hotellin siisteys oli huippiluokkaa. Etukäteen huoneeseen tilatut kukat,hedelmät, snacksit erinomaisesti järjestetty, siitä erityis kiitos. Hotellissa ihana SPA. Kuljetus kentältä ja kentälle toimi erinomaisesti.   Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Paikat olivat siistejä ja puhtaita. Huoneeseen ei kuulunut melua ympäristöstä. Aamupala oli runsas ja maittava. - Loistavasti palveleva henkilökunta.

  The Location was great in the centre of the city. View Minutes walk to the Danube river, Basilika Church and Parliament. 7 Minutes Walk to the Opera. The shopping mail and lot nice restaurants near by. This Hotel is absolute wonderful!!! The Staff in the Reception and in all the Hotel was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was wonderful.We enjoyed every minute, stay in this Ho - Really nice room and relatively spacious - about 30 sq m. Breakfast in the hotel is very tasty. All products are very fresh. They make very good coffe, orange fresh and various eggs and creps made for you. Lunch&dinner dishes are excellent. Especially fish of the day and goat cheese salad. Bathroom is very nice and comfortable. Bed is really big and nice. Good location in the center.I liked the attitude. Very willing and attentive stuff.

  Erinomaisen siisti ja hyvätasoinen hotelli. Kahden makuuhuoneen huoneistossa mm. pesukone, astianpesukone, kolme televisiota, kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja vielä erillinen WC. Hotellissa sauna, uima-allas, baari jne. Palvelu erinomaista. Rauhallinen sijainti.   We upgraded to an executive room and it was lovely. Absolutely the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. We had a magnificent view over the Danube and the breakfast and evening facilities in the executive lounge were second to none. We had a lovely meal in Peppers restaurant and they had a very talented singer and piano player to entertain us. It was our first - This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.

  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. There was live piano music in the evening in the lobby/bar area which made it really atmospheric and pleasant to have a drink there. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe.
