  This pension was fabulous! The facility is beautiful, impeccably clean, in a wonderful setting and with a friendly helpful staff. The restaurant was wonderful. We ate on the terrace under a trellis of grape vines. Prices are a bargain- our dinner wine and shared dessert for three 36 euros. Oh - The size of our 2 person suite was great and we were pleased that there was a small kitchenette in the room, this was half separated from the bedroom which is handy with little ones. We had a decent sized private outside area off our room that would have been lovely if the weather was warm enough! The hotel is situated right next to the valley which is perfect for wine tasting.

  Beautiful location in suburban hilltop part of Eger with wonderful view of the city below from balcony. Overall, good value for themoney. Comfortable and pleasant room but super-tiny bathroom. Breakfast (typical buffet for Hungarian hotels) was in the Panorama Hotel run by the owners, just down the street.   food was really excellent. spa baths were great. a good place when visiting outlying areas and after such excursions, a good place to return to. - the rooms were very good so are the hotel facilities. The staff were very helpful and cooperative.

  I loved everything. I loved the location. It was in a quite neighborhood and we had a lovely view from our balcony. We came early and had no problems checking in early. The owners are absolutely fantastic! They were kind and compassionate. Within a few days we left crying because it was like leaving family.   Located on the hilltop in a nice quiet residential area just behind the town centre. Our room was right at the top and had a lovely view of the nearby mountains. The host/owner of the hotel was extremely friendly, helpful and one of the most pleasant we've met in a Hungarian hotel. Panorama Hotel is home -like, very friendly and comfortable pensione type accomodation. My room was huge, with a balcony. I couldnt quite see the town from it. breakfasts were plentiful and good quality. Hosts were wonderful. Very good value for money.

The bed is very comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly, definitely value for money, the chef makes delicious food (the best is the halászlé) and of course The Vine...
