  Really nice place! It's like a castle. Very friendly personal, cosy rooms and, I guess, the most comfortable bed I'd ever slept on. Breakfast was perfect - delicious and really many dishes to choose. Wellness-centre is awesome - so stylish and has everything you need (we love SPA vacations so saw hundreds wellness-zones - hotel's wellness centre ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » is totally great) If we go to Hungary next year again and will have enough time we would stay at this hotel again :) By the way, about only 5-10 minu - The big spa, the welcoming staff, the view over the Danube and the vicinity to Visegrad and Esztergom.   The service of Gombás Kúria Mension was very good. There were not many guests in the hotel when I was there, but the service (breakfast, room) was still perfect.   The location was perfect for walking to the city and old town. The spa area was lovely. Except for one waiter in the restaurant, the staff was fantastic. The rooms were a bit small, but acceptable. He was on hand if we had any problems (which we didn't) and could not have been more helpful. Large room with balcony and fridge, very clean, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful host (he had a map with suggested walking tour and made great restaurant recommendations). We were on a bike trip across Hungary and he let us park the bikes in the garage. Fast wifi, satellite TV with hundreds of channels. B - We enjoyed everything about our stay. Our host was most obliging and helpful. Our room was spacious, air-conditioned and well set-up. The WiFi worked well. There was a good selection of food at breakfast with the option of some cooked eggs, etc. The hotel was close to a small supermarket if you needed some supplies and it was 10-15 minutes walk from the basilica/castle area and some excellent restaurants which our host recommended. Parking was easy.
