- Great staff
This is a family-run hotel and the owners, being extremely friendly and helpful, really make you feel at home there. I really liked their business model based on the notion that forfeiting short-term gains leads to long-term profits. For instance, they didn't say anything when I mistakenly paid €10 less for our room than I was supposed to.

The hotel was beautifully kitted out. The bathrooms were spotless and
very well equiped with modern showers and toilets etc. The tiling on
both the walls and floors were immaculate. The bedrooms themselves were
well appointed and of a designer quality with dropped ceilings, soft
lighting and modern joinery of laminated doors and frames. Outside was a
small balcony, though large enough for us to sit and watch the sun set

The location is great, very close to the beach. In order to find it we had to ask, since it is inside Camping Heraklia and there are no signs on the main road. So you go into the Heraklia Beach gate, or you can go into Helena Apartments passage, either way you go straight forward to one of the two parking places in the shades.

Excellent location, just 50m from the seaside. The beach is really nice, wide and sandy, just some small stones at the borderline with the sea. Water is very clean, no jelly fish or plants. The children adored it. The staff is very helpful. There is a small shop in the hotel where you can find everything. Also other shops in the neibourghood. We will certainly go back and for longer!!!

This nice family run hotel is located in the most picturesque part of the town and right on the sea front.
We felt great hospitality and personal attitude of the owners from the very first moment we entered the hotel.
Our room was big, modern and very clean with magnificent sea view accompanied by the sound of waves and incredible sunrise. Perfectly working air conditioning, complimentary hotel amenities, good speed Wi-Fi connection made us feel home away from home.

I liked how close it was to the bars, it was inexpensive and we had a great time. There was parking in front of the hotel which was great because Platamon was packed when we got there in the evening. The place is nearly a ghost town during the day but after dark it's a polkadot circus afro. -
