The owner helped us out with an extra night of accommodation due to our last minute change of itinerary. He even drove us to that hotel and then picked us up again to the departure port after our stay.

George and Dina (hotel owners) were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and included a large balcony with table and chairs. Great location within easy reach of tourist centres (500m to bus station or top of the caldera), but felt quiet and isolated with ocean views over the back of the island. Great value for money.

I like everything there. Gorge who's the owner of the hotel is excellent. He picked us up, gave us a lift which I wasn't sure I will get that service. Gorge gave us all the information to get around. The hotel itself is perfectly clean and near city center. We had great time there. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. I even plan to go back there again next year.
cheap friendly close to caldera clean quiet .........just a super little place for a single to stay, picked me up and delivered me to airport for free and a big smile with lots of info about Santorini

Everything. The owner was beyond helpful with everything: ferries,tours, buses, food, beach towels, bath towels, anything. The location isgreat, its 2 min walk to bars, clubs, buses, old port, etc.

For the price of the night's stay, I felt like I was staying at the ritz carlton. Everyday, the room was cleaned and my bed was turned down. Even the clothes that I had left everywhere were folded neatly on the floor. There were plenty of extra blankets and huge beach towels were even provided on top of our regular two towels each upon asking the front desk
The only issue I had was that the shower was difficult to use and often, the sprayer went everywhere flooding the bathroom floor.
The hosts were very helpful and provided us with lots of useful information - tried to make our stay enjoyable.. Central location but quiet at night.
Like in many Greek hotels, the shower is far from water tight, and water inevitably gets on the floor - very minor compared to all the good things about this hotel.

The San Giorgio was well located in Fira, no long walks to get anywhere. The hotel was quiet. The room was basic but very functional. The bed and AC were a great break after we had been without either for 10 days. The staff were pheomenal, so friendly, and even drove us to the ferry the day we left.
Everything about San Giorgio is fantastic. The service from George and Dina could not have been better. Both extremely friendly, ready to recommend places to eat, rent scooters from, etc, and provided transportation from the airport to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to the port when we left. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Also very accomodating, picking our group of 11 up at the airport and also taking us to the ferry port when we left.
Rooms were clean and tidy, bathrooms were clean. Hotel owner picked us up from the port and also dropped us off. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, i.e. asking us how everything was and asking us when we needed a ride back to the port for our departure. Very down to earth staff and extremely approachable. Excellent value.
Very nice staff/owners! Definitely the friendliest people on the very touristic Santorini. Only stayed one nice, but I'm sure we would have been very satisfied with a longer stay. Especially appreciated the pick up/delivery at the ferries.

The ownders were very friendly and very hepful. Free transport to and from the port was provided. This hotel is in the heart of Fira, minutes from the main street. Centrally located in the island as well. Highly recommend and a great value for the money.

George and his wife Dina were very friendly and were kind enough to give us a room with a good view at no additional cost. Easy access to all the hotspots from here. Everything in Thira is walking distance from this hotel. The also picked us up from the airport and dropped us at the port at no additional cost.
