  Very clean and tidy yet warm and charming stylish hotel. Staff treated us with warmth & respect and were very helpful even when they did not have to go the extra mile. The Mosel so close is an added bonus. Cannot fault it. - Location by the river, quiet location yet all facilities close by.   The Hotel was well placed for our needs and the Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were welcoming, bright and well equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable and everywhere was spotless. Breakfast was excellent and really set us up for the day. The hotel is close to shops and transport and has free wi-fi which we discovered wasn't included in many other hotels we stayed in. A great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it to others.
