  We liked the authenticity of the Castle. The staff made us feel special. They were well educated on the food, wine, history of the area. Also very accommodating when it came to luggage needs.   We loved that our stay was in an apartment-style room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. He didn't stay at the hotel with us, but he only lived a few minutes away and responded quickly when we called him. We enjoyed the view from there and found it very relaxing.
