  Loved our room layout with the bank of windows and sunny walk out balcony. The desk and sofa set to side of room was a great email and work space for my husbands morning calls with Asia. My husband very impressed with the level of interior deco workmanship and materials! Also the breakfast selection very fresh and varied. We took an evening repast... mitä ihmiset sanovat » in the main dining room- my gnocchi (which was the chefs special) was lovely! Cooked perfectly, with a very aromatic pesto. My husband who is Chinese - I have stayed at the Zum Lowen on many occasions and it is my favourite hotel. The rooms, décor, ambiance, gym & spa are first class, the town of Duderstadt is beautiful, the automatic car parking is brilliant and the price is very reasonable for such luxury. I look forward to visiting again soon. 10 out of 10 for me

  A beautiful location and very high quality rooms/facilities and breakfast selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very peaceful and as there were only 18 rooms, it was not at all crowded. The swimming pool and sauna/wellness facilities were great. The hotel was also close to the ski slopes and the town.

  A beautiful place with a beautiful atmosphere. lovely large rooms and a spa and pool-area to die for. To spend a couple of days here exploring the countryside by bicycling (the hotel has several great bikes for rent), horse riding or golfing, visit Hameln or just lounge by the pool. We were upgraded to a suit but I took a peak at a normal room and we would have been just as pleased. Ok its expensive but you get what you pay for and in this case it was pure excellence.

  A lovely hotel in a quiet location in the Harz mountains. Easy access to great road cycling area. The hotel and the spa were lovely. Attention to detail with no expense spared. Lots of relaxation options both indoor and outdoor, open till late. Spa towels, robes and slippers were provided to allow you to plod around in luxury all day. :)

  Excellent place to have a break away from noise and stressfull life. Excellent breakfast. Good and clean spa area, even though the sauna cabins are too small. Luckily the place was almost empty the whole weekend. Lots of helpful staff at dinner and breakfast. - The stuff was kind and always ready to help.
