  The hotel was in a lovely setting, near the top of large hill/small mountain. It had fabulous views and was neat and beautifully maintained. Although we arrived very late, at almost 11pm, having phoned to apologise, we were still provided with a cold dinner.   We only stayed here for an overnight stop but the impression we got was was very good. Staff speaks English very well and is extremely friendly,attentive and human. Room was comfortable, tastefully decorated and very clean.   The staff was very polite. (Both in the reception services and breakfast services.) The location is really good. Forest all around. We stayed at 307 and our room also had a forest view with a balcony. We stated at the hotel with two kids (6 years old and 2 months old). I can say our stay was very comfortable. The open buffet was gre - The hotel is in the middle of the forest, the view in the morning is breathtaking! The metro station is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is warm and cozy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa has an open deck with a view of the forest. Free high speed Internet! Breakfast was free even though it wasn't part of the room plan. Doors and windows are sound proof. The room's design was a blend of modern and shabby which we loved!

  This hotel was very nice the resturant had great food the beer was good. The room was very nice and modern and clean. The staff was very helpful ,we liked that the hotel has a garage underground. Everything you need is right there at this hotel rest,food,and drinks. - Our room was spectacular, staff was very friendly and helpful.   Very pleasant accommodation for one or two day stay. Certainly when combined with the excellent restaurant it is a treat. Small scale hotel, the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff (hotel/restaurant) is very helpful and friendly. All in all one feels very welcome there. I can recommend it - In a small village just outside Baden-Baden the hotel provided the ideal base from which to explore the area.
