  The staff was very polite. (Both in the reception services and breakfast services.) The location is really good. Forest all around. We stayed at 307 and our room also had a forest view with a balcony. We stated at the hotel with two kids (6 years old and 2 months old). I can say our stay was very comfortable. The open buffet was gre - The hotel is in the middle of the forest, the view in the morning is breathtaking! The metro station is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is warm and cozy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa has an open deck with a view of the forest. Free high speed Internet! Breakfast was free even though it wasn't part of the room plan. Doors and windows are sound proof. The room's design was a blend of modern and shabby which we loved!

  Room was like a boutique hotel. Staff extremely helpful to plan our daytrips. Breakfast was excellent; they would cook anything you wanted. Wine on the terrace in the evening provided stunning views in all directions. Pool, sauna and exercise rooms excellent. Felt like family, yet treated like celebrity guests.

  The whole Hotel complex was based on a themed park area depicting a harbour-side setting that was to a very high standard. The bedrooms were very large. comfortable and air conditioned. The restaurants were decorated to depict the Lord Nelson ships theme. The food for breakfast had an outstanding choice, well presented in a buffet style.
