The hotel was newly replenished. The room was very comfortable and quiet. More importantly, the breakfast was very good with many choices. - Incredibly kind, attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!

When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case). All of the staff made sure that we were most comfortable, helped us with our logistical questions, and ensured that we had the best possible experience. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. They even upgraded us to a suite, simple as it is, with great views and outside space.

  It is a quiet hotel at the heart of Munich (5 metro stations from thecenter). The rooms are big and comfortable and the stuff is veryhospitable.   Great stay! Very clean! I would take the number 21 or 20 tram to get to the hotel and get off at Leonrodstrasse. It is easier than the metro with suitcases and all. Great staff! - Quick access to the city via tram. Free parking on the street. Excellent value for money.
