We've been to Berlin a number of times and with the standard of public transport, most central locations will be ideal for discovering the city - the same applies to the Generator. The beds were warm and cozy, though we benefited from having spare beds in our room meaning extra pillows for us. The shower is excellent, - I stayed at the dorm room this time, and it was one of the cleanest dorm with most comfy bunk bed I've ever experienced. The 6 bed female dorm was cute and funtional; each bed has its own power socket, head lamp, huge drawer. The power shower was great too. The wifi was free with great signal up to my room. I'm not a dorm-room fan, but I definately recommend this dorm for anyone who does. The location is very close to most of attraction and metro. Supermarket, McD, KFC were a little bit far

  I really like the time that I spent in this hostel. The location is very convenient and close to the historical center of Berlin. So You can go by foot for sightseeng.   It was awesome to be in the hotel... Really nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, all services. I was in an individual room and after I moved in a shared room and both were good.
