  The hotel has an excellent central location. Furnishings and decor are simple but pleasant and comfortable. Staff members were amiable and went out of their way to help make my stay a good one. - Amiable, willing to oblige staff. Located in a safe area, though central. The fact that the bar was a real focal point for the area should be stressed more.   A lovely spacious room....light-filled and airy....in a quiet, elegant section of the city...staff friendly and cool....wi fi connection just great. Close to all that I wanted to see. Big hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

  Very clean. Good beds, good shower. Enough space en very friendly people working here. Basic and clean. If you walk along the road under the railroad tracks it is about 5-10 minutes walk from hauptbahnhof. (Exit washingtonplatz) 3 houses next to the hotel is Don Giovanni, a very cheap but good restaurant. Italian restaurand, with good food for little money and friendly staff, next door made my kitchenett pontless, and i don't regret it. it's very close to many "must see" places. Really 5 minutes walk to Haupbanhoff (with heavy luggages add extra 10 minutes time), by taxi 1,5 minutes to drive. No screaming party drunks were heard in 5 days of my stay. suits very well for families.

  The apartment (Heidelberger Str. 3) was excellent. With a tram stop just around the corner travelling around Berlin was really easy and convenient. The apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, was well-equipped and had strong, uninterrupted wi-fi service. Finally, the agent (that sounds so DDR) who met us was great. One big reason to recommend this apartment is it - - Located on two major tram lines (serving multiple routes), less than 10mins from city centre. - Spacious. - Excellent wi-fi. - Very easy to collect the keys - simply sent an email before leaving the UK with an estimated arrival time, the lady confirmed by text on arrival in Germany and was there to meet us when we arrived (very friendly too). - The central heating system was very good and easy to adjust. - Excellent value for money!
