  Excellent location & easy to find if you arrive in Munich at the main train station. Room was modern, stylish, really clean, and large (especially by European standards). The free wifi worked great. Very nice amenities, including in-room safe, refrigerator with included bottled water & paid minibar setup, large flat-screen TV, kettle to bo... mitä ihmiset sanovat » il water for coffee & tea, etc. Bathroom was really spacious, and the shower was large & roomy with both a luxurious rainshower showerhead and - New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street. I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

  Friendly staff. Although the location is close to the central station, it's in a rather dodgy area of town i.e. think night clubs, strip bars, but it was also just less than 10 minutes walking to Oktoberfest which was great. Only downside is shared WC but that doesn't really bother me because it's clean too. Shower was powerful an - Amazing breakfest and location. Staff was really cool, only once one lady was a little bit rude, but even so helped and solved our problem and in the other day, apologized and explained she was short staffed and was really not being able to handle everzthing. Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom. Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.

  The room and the location and the buffet breakfast - Excellent staff. Very keen to be helpful to whatever you ask them. The place itself was near the station, but each time I ventured out, I was asked how was I and where was I planning to visit for the day.   This hotel for me was very comfortable. I had booked single room then requested a single superior. The single rooms are on the street side which could get quite noisy not a problem if you want to use the air-con.
