The hotel is in an attractive neighborhood and right opposite the Hallerstrasse subway station, which is one stop from the Dammtor regional train station (much nicer than the Hauptbahnhof main station in Hamburg). A complimentary glass of wine upon arrival was a nice surprise.

The room was nice, comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and provide very good service.
