Hosts were welcoming. Interior of apartment was new and nice. Kitchen was very well appointed with good quality dinnerware and a very good assortment of wine glasses; the best we have seen in our travels. Good location; close to a tram stop and a short ride to the city and Old Town area. Only one tram stop or a short journey by car to a large shopping centre with a huge supermarket.
There is a washing machine and a clothes airer but no drier. We needed to dry some clothes quickly and used t. kaikki arvostelut »
Nicolas and his wife were wonderful hosts. On the first day we arrived, the USB stick to connect to the internet could not work and Nicolas called the service provider and helped me with it until it was all functioning good.
Everything was perfect! Very modern, clean, nice neighborhood.

It is near to the tram stop. It's comfortable. The apartament overall was clean and big enough!.
Apartment was clean, well appointed, spacious and had easy access to train line.
Internet was problematic but we have advised the hosts and hopefully they will look at addressing this problem.
No curtains in room only nets. Wifi was with mobile stick only which we
couldn't use on our iPad. The language barrier was a tad difficult
as our German was limited as was the ladies English but she was very
nice and we got there in the end. We weren't aware of the cleaning
fee until we arrived.
No dryer for clothes apart from a line outside - not easy to dry things in a hurry especially on a short trip.
No oven.

it was quite a distance to the city centre (though the tram line was very convenient).

Apartment was difficult to locate. Advertised wifi did not work until last night of our three day stay. Owner advised us to stand in the apartment block common hall to use wifi! Also, owner had to enter codes on our computers himself! Finally provided a usb mobile modem that worked some of the time.
We were asked to pay extra 35 euros as a "cleaning" service which was totally unexpected. It turned our that this fee was mentioned in the reservation, but in a small font that we did not notice. The owner of the apartment is aware that this fee catches everybody by surprise, but is not willing to fix this. Except for this, the location of apartment is too far away from the city center. In short, I won't recommend it.
