Stayed 4 nights. Amazing apartment, decorated and spacious, free parking around and good WIFI signal. Kitchen very well equipped but if you plan to do some cooking bring your own spices. Good value for money. There is a tram station just outside the door, we didn't used it but it can be very helpful if you have no car. Very clean a close to main attractions and towns.

Tip: for the parking lot make sure you google map it. Coming from Freiburg you have to turn left before the arch (one lane at at time), make the small bend and it is the 3th or 4th entry. Ask for a print screen from google maps. kaikki arvostelut »
everything! very beautiful first floor apartment, with big balcony. Situation was great, tram just outside front door, 10 mins, or less, to centre of Freiburg.We had our dog with us & there were some lovely walks from the apartment in Gunterstal - along the stream & into the woods.
Amazing appartment in beautiful settings. Alot to do as family with minor children: Public playground, cable car, Steinwassen park and Freiburg City nearby.

There is no supermarket nearby so we drove a couple of times to do some shopping. There is a tram just outside, people wrote that it disturbed them, we didn't heard it at all. There was no staff present, no one came to meet us. all the communication was done by emails, although it was very convenient I like to meet the owners of the apartments I am staying at.

will be reminded of the coming of the Lorda every 15 mins.).
Nothing. Some may find the ringing of the church bells annoying, from time to time, but it didn't bother us. Also, no reception desk - but we didn't find that a problem. Always someone on the end of a phone for help if needed.
Kitchen was a little inadequate. There was no pan, 2 deep saucers were missing and the glass was different types.
The only thing that was not ideal was the owner/operator not on premises should an issue arise. Also there was no telephone in the apartment so if you don't have cell phone with international calling capability that could be a problem.
There is no washing machine.
Internet connections were a bit clunky and not free as at most similar hotels.
