  Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices. Real hangers (not the anti-theft type), a free bottle of sparkling water a nice touch. Great sauna and clean exercise equipment.   During my one night stay there I met 5 people of the staff and they were all very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were modern and clean, and it was really peaceful and quiet in the room. The location was good, the main railway station was only a few minutes walk and a few minutes train ride away.   Can't believe it's "only" a three star hotel! Have been to several four star hotels which don't reach the standard of this one. Staff was exceptionally welcoming, efficient and also fluent in English. Room was spacious and modern. Ordered a light bite in the bar at night, and were served an excellent Ceaser sallad.   All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. Due to the fact that we only stayed for one night, I believe this hotel was one of the best ones in value that I've ever been to.
