Niederrheinischer Golf Club is 750 metres away. Within a 10-minute walk are shops, restaurants, and Duisburg-Buchholz Train Station. Trains run directly to Düsseldorf Airport, Düsseldorf city centre and Cologne. The A3 and A59 motorways are nearby.

The people who run this apartment are very nice. They were very accommodating. When I first arrived, there was a problem with the Wifi. They were very good at getting it working as I needed it to do my work. There is certainly enough room in the apartment for a large family. Everything was very clean. They provided free coffee and tea and other drinks could be purchased. The apartment is located in the basement of their house in a very nice, wooded area. At this time of year, it was very quiet.
