The localization close to Postdamer Platz.
1) the lack of politeness of the landlord (could not speak or even understand english! let us wait outside in the street in the cold trying to make us believe he did not hear us ringing several times just because he was late for the cleaning of the flat....etc etc)
2) the flat, the residence and the area are certainly not what one could call "Luxus".
