Location was excellent, stuff was very friendly and in our disposal 24/7. Breakfast fair enough, the room and bathroom very spacious and clean. Happy colours and smart lighting in the room for young people

We didn't opt for the breakfast but it was advertised at 15 Euros, which I thought was very expensive.

Friendly staff, a typical low-cost city hotel room but with modern amenities and in good condition.
No Parking - they only had 5 spaces, all of which were occupied and I had to park in the street.

Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market. Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, great choice. Healthy fruit and cereals to bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. Ham, cheeses croissants, smoked salmon, toast, cakes etc. etc. Great location. Lisa helped us with Reichestag online admission. Would recommend to anybody.

Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Can walk to Brandenburg Gate/Unter Den Linden which we did with 2 young children and kids Grandmother. Stadmitte U Bahn also very close. We only had breakfast on the last day in the hotel which was nice, reasonable enough price of 10 euro. Rooms on the small side but we literally were out all day and were only looking for a place to put our heads down. Hotel was very accommodating when we had requested our two rooms to be beside each other and very helpful with booking taxi. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Overall would recommend it and would stay again.

Accomodation was good, although chek-in time was 2 p.m., we came at 9 a.m. and the hotel gave us a room.

Location was ideal for all major attractions and most of the Christmas markets. Staff wonderful and helpful.Easy to get to from the airport .
Negatives were the beds are uncomfortable which didn't help my sore back and we were there in winter and the shower/toilet room didn't appear to have a radiator in it!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, in the heart of Berlin, at few meters from the check point charlie. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is abundant and of very good quality. Rooms are very clean.
Rooms are rather small, but very comfortable anyway. Also the lobby is small.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked for help the staff at reception were only too pleased to assist. Less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest underground station.
Curtains in the rooms seemed a little light. I think some guests might have trouble sleeping with too much light in the room during summer months.
Location close to train stations, main tourist spots and shopping. Great rooms, clean, good bar in the lobby, affordable and helpful staff.
Other than the tourist sites nearby and a few coffee shops, there isn't a great range of bars and restaurants close by. We had to get public transport to different areas of the city to eat.

Small breakfast room furnished with 5 long tables. Although all personal data was already known, a form had to be filled in and an ID card had to be shown upon arrival. Key cards had to be authorized twice; the first time the door kept closed.
Interesting, friendly, great location - a stone's throw from U Stadtmitte underground station.
Sometimes style gets in the way of functionality. The bathroom sink was of an interesting design but took ages to empty. And the walk-in shower, although great and powerful - left the rest of the bathroom looking like a swimming pool.
Staff is friendly and speaks all the major european languages, breakfast is rich, bed is comfortable and network is fast and reliable.

This is a good base to explore the city being situated in the center of the city and convenient to Berlin transportation: U2 and U6 at Stadt Mitte station and bus connections on Leipziger Strasse (to get to Friedrichstrasse station during the U6 construction at Unter den Linden) are very close. The hotel is a block away from the main street so it is quiet.
Even though the room was quite large, with the minimal modern décor there is very little place to put anything, especially if you are staying for more than one night.

Room was small, but clean. It was perfect for one person for one night. The staff was extremely friendly, spoke English, and even gave me detailed directions to where I needed to go.
My window faced a courtyard that echoed, so at times it was a little loud.

Wash bowl was too small. Splashed water all over. No light near the mirror made it difficult to shave and put on make up.

The location was fabulous - within walking distance to most of the major sights (Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Tor, Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz, etc). For those sights that you can't walk to, it is easy to catch public transport. The staff was wonderful, especially the bar staff who seemed to enjoy their job, and their city. Overall, a great hotel for you money
