  Newly renovated. Niceely painted and carpeted. Pristine clean!!! Well equiped kitchenette. Close to the old town, museum of modern art, railway station and tram stop. Friendly staff. &Quot;French/continental" type of breakfast, but much better than average of that kind.   Location, service, security, cleanliness, the whole thing was perfect for my stay.
