  I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the hotel: its like we've been to fairy tale! The view on the Mountain from the balcony was just perfect! I liked the cleanliness, the super breakfast for only 15 euro! The staff is more than pleasant and stands ready to help 24/7! the smell of wood is everywhere and just adds extra positive into your holid... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ays! The location is really great!!! - Lovely hotel within a few minuties walk of chamonix square. When pricing up numerous hotels this worked out fantastic value for money. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Would stay again when I next plan a skiing holiday to Cham!

  very helpful and friendly staff. excellent facilities. We had a lovely snug self catering suite which was perfect for me and my son on our recent mountain biking trip. Use of garage, workshop and bike wash facilities was a real bonus. Pool nad jacuzzi was sooooo nice after a hard day spanking the trails. We've stayed in many locations in the alps over the years but I'd definatly like to think we'll be back . Thank - The staff were very friendly making us very welcome. Breakfast was an extra at 10 euros but loads of variety and nobody in our group ate again until the evening. lounge area with open fire was very welcoming and the bedrooms are well thought out and modern. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

  This hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing... right in the middle of the city center and very close to everything. There were all kinds of shops and supermarkets footsteps away. The view of the hotel is unreal.... you can see the entire Mont Blanc mountain from the window. The breakfast was really good with lots - Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont Blanc and balcony.

  The restaurant was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of eating in! Helpful and friendly staff. Modern comfortable and clean fresh room with superb views.   Very cosy hotel, great spa (with mountain view :)), great location - 2 min walking to the centre of the town yet very quiet. Personnel is extremely helpful though not all of them speak English. As we were arriving late reception was closed yet clear instructions how to get in had been sent prior so it was not a problem. Absolutely worth staying there! - The location was excellent and great views over the village and mountain. The room was very clean, with modern decoration, a bit small but we had few luggage so didn't mind. There is also a small but well equipped spa which you can use, an add-on while you are staying at the hotel.

  Comfortable room with balcony and fabulous views of the town and mountains - wondrous when it snowed I chose 1/2 board and both breakfast and evening meal generous and good quality. I am vegetarian and the chef really made an effort with my meals Great swimming pool & spa - excellent for after skiing and walking. Quad room was actually 2 rooms (1 bunk, 1 double) joined by an open doorway. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Easy walk to ski hire shop/town centre/slopes, but would be difficult in ski boots. Food of higher quality than expected. I would definitely consider staying here again.

  Freindly staff, feeling of a family run hotel with lost of customer care. Very clean room and a short 5 minute walk to teh ski lift. Great location for skiers, hikers and general sight seeing.
